Background

BM consultants is a professional consulting company that is specializing in Community Development, live sound and Stage management, Artist development and Business development.

Having worked in all of these fields in the past 12 years, I have gain some insight knowledge and understanding on how to develop and manage them. I worked as a community development worker for the past 6 years and gain clearer understanding on how to maintain and manage a business in the informal areas.

I have also 8 years in the live sound and stage management environment, I have been trained as a system engineer by stage audio woks (Eventhirenetworks) back in 2008 and been working for them ever since in part time and I got a first break into stage management in 2010 working for Espafrika as stage manager assistant for the NMB Music festival with an international and national artist like: George Benson, Prime Circle, Gold Fish and others under their training and development program, from there I worked for Event Hire Networks as their Stage manager in all their Major shows from the Summer Season, Splash. Zahara, Zonke,Eluyolweni Musis festival, Lavutha masikhange Music festival and many more.

In the recent years I started managing Shoelace Band a local rock band, under my management they became the second runner up in DO YOU ROCK competition by King Fisher FM and one of the Top Five artist to open for Usher in the Hansa I’m legend competition.

On the business development, I worked with couple of young business people in establish Motherwell alive the first web base young interactive website in the Nelson Mandela Bay in that process I have partnered with friends in establishing a brick manufacturing and paving company Addo Road bricks and development that lasted for 3years with the knowledge I have gained in managing Addo Roads made me want to help and assist small and startup companies, I undergone training in business development in short programs under NAFCOC in partnership with Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Business Leadership and also did a Business Strategy and Funding workshop by SEDA.
